Kriya For Tolerance
To gain the strength needed for tolerance and humility, navel centre needs to be strengthened. This kriya works on the abdomen, stimulating the navel energy to rise to the higher centers and then integrating it with the whole aura. It is a good preparation for meditation.

Shiv Charan Singh (karamkriya.com) is the founding director of the Karam Kriya School and co-founder of Quinta do Rajo, its headquarters in Portugal. Scottish by birth, he is an outstanding and authentic spiritual teacher.
