 🔸 WEEK 1:  Seeing Your Inner Beauty
Bring yourself to a place of peace and stillness, so you can reflect internally and see your shining light for yourself. You are beautiful. You really are.
 🔸 WEEK 2:  Eliminating the Negative Thoughts
Replace your inner darkness with inner light, hope and healing. Excessive negative thoughts create worry, anxiety, fearfulness, and the darkness of doubt. Learn to accept your negative thoughts and offer them up to the divine for recycling. 
 🔸 WEEK 3:  Self Assessment 
Assess how well your actions and words are coordinated so that you can remove duality and conflict in personality. Learn the depth of the self and the unlimited creativity of the finite in relation to the Infinite in the personality and existence of the human being.
 🔸 WEEK 4:  Finding Peace and Happiness
Alleviate depression, bring in feelings of happiness, joy, positivity, and bliss. Open the flow of the heart centre. Gain confidence to face and overcome challenges.
 🔸 WEEK 5: Getting Yourself Into Ecstasy
Lift your spirits up, create a protective shield around you and feel complete ecstasy!
 🔸 WEEK 6:  Finding Your Balance
Bring a balance to your energy flow and restore and recharge the divine protective shield around you. If this shield is strong, every negative energy that approaches you can be changed to positive in its effect on your consciousness.
 🔸 WEEK 7:  Finding Inner Guidance
Remove doubts, frustration and anger so that you can live your life with guidance of your inner truth. At times when the path of truth and clarity seems lost, this meditation will still your mind and then the path will be shown to you.
 🔸 WEEK 8:  Meditation of Change
Evaluate yourself and release attachment to your ego so you can overcome mental blocks that are stopping you from changing and growing.

About Your Guide: Mariya Gancheva
Mariya Gancheva is a transformational leader, teacher, and full-time investment banker in London. She is the embodiment of a modern woman who has managed to integrate the wisdom of the East into the fast-pace lifestyle of the West, while also dedicating her free time to helping and elevating others. 

She has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2009 leading regular classes in the City of London and Mayfair. She trained with Karam Kriya under Shiv Charan Singh.
