Simranjeet is offering her Devotional Sadhana during these challenging times on Earth. A spiritual practice holds the spirit. This other aspect of you. The best time to do a spiritual practice, to meditate is during the Amrit Vella. Which means “the time of nectar” and of course, when could be a better time to meditate.  

Many great teachers have spoken of the Amrit Vela as early time of morning. When the world is still and dark and the vibrations of life are silent is the sweetest time to meditate. Clearing out minds, making the nervous system and immune system strong, through exercising the body and chanting.  

Walk as yourself.  
Become yourself.  
Sit in the deep waters of Self and You. 
Instead of being bound up with Everyone become One.  
Become empty, 
Become You.

About Your Guide: Simranjeet Kaur
Jackie, also known by her spiritual name, Simranjeet, is a devoted student to the teachings of Kundalini Yoga. Studying Kundalini Yoga Therapy and traveling around the world, to Mexico, India, and Europe with Guru Dharam and Shiv Charan Singh to learn the ancient practice. 

A free-spirited woman, mother, and wife, who held a 30-year policing career in London. Jackie brings uniqueness and considerable professional experience from her previous career. An expert on sexual violence, domestic abuse and the complexities of Post Traumatic Stress. Stress burn out and compassion fatigue. She combines her professional experience with the ancient healing of Kundalini Yoga and meditation to support and empower others. 

Jackie is a Kundalini Yoga teacher trainer, as well as a course writer and author. Her book Releasing Trauma, Living with oneself is described as a fantastic, wonderfully designed guide, life companion and practical yoga book for all those seeking actively to work in harmony with themselves. Written from life experience, made for everyone who wishes to bring balance and peace to their individual lives and to the world, following any traumatic experience. Endorsed by the Complementary Medical Association, delivering excellence in Complementary Medicine in the UK. KRI-certified. Her experience came at considerable personal cost and therefore, Jackie chooses to teach through writing, videos and teacher trainings. Whilst she enjoys being a Woman, Mother, and Wife. Enhanced with the relationship of the Soul within and the richness that brings. Jackie also teaches women on projects in Saudi Arabia.
